- Profile Creation: Your info is used to create a temporary attendee profile on our website.
- Communication: We will use your email and phone number to send you registration confirmation, payment instructions, and conference updates.
- Safety: Emergency contact and medical/dietary notes are kept strictly for on-site coordination at the Pinecrest Retreat Center.

Your financial security is a priority.
- Secure Processing: All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, a leading global payment processor.
